- آماده سازی و پخت غذا مطابق مینوی روزانه.
- اطمینان از پخت و ارائهٔ غذا به صورت صحی، منظم و به موقع.
- حفظ پاکی و نظم در آشپزخانه و محل صرف غذا.
- بررسی موجودی مواد غذایی و اطلاع دهی به آمربخش در صورت کمبود.
- نگهداری درست مواد غذایی و مدیریت باقیماندهٔ غذا به صورت مسئولانه.
- رعایت کامل اصول صحی، بهداشتی و معیارهای ایمنی غذا.
- همکاری در آماده سازی غذاهای خاص برای محافل یا جلسات رسمی در صورت نیاز.
- شستن و پاک کاری ظروف، وسایل و تجهیزات آشپزخانه بعد از استفاده.
- مراقبت از وسایل و تجهیزات آشپزخانه و گزارش هرگونه خرابی به آمر مربوطه.
- مدیریت زباله ها و اطمینان از پاکی محیط آشپزخانه.
Educational Background: تحصیلات
- حداقل سند تحصیلی: صنف دوازدهم یا معادل آن (ترجیحاً).
Experience: تجربه کاری
- تجربه کاری قبلی به عنوان آشپز یا در بخش آماده سازی غذا (حداقل دو سال ترجیح داده می‌شود).
Requirements: شرایط و لایقیت‌ها
- آشنایی با اصول بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی.
- توانایی کار در شرایط فشار کاری و انجام چند وظیفه به صورت هم زمان.
- مهارت خوب در ارتباط و همکاری با سایر همکاران.
- وقت شناس، منظم و قابل اعتماد.
