- Produce high-quality written content for blogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials in Dari, Pashto, and English
- Develop multimedia content including graphics, short videos, infographics, and interactive media
- Collaborate with the creative team to maintain brand voice and visual consistency across languages
- Plan and manage content calendars for both company and client projects
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and originality of content
- Optimize content for SEO, social media engagement, and user experience
- Review and edit content to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism
- Adapt content for different audiences and platforms in three languages
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with the latest content trends, digital tools, and audience preferences
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content writing and multimedia content creation
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English (spoken & written) is mandatory
- Experience in media or digital content production is highly preferred
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
- Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, Camera)
- Excellent research, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-output, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SEO, social media content strategy, and digital marketing principles
- Portfolio demonstrating past content projects, including multimedia examples
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
