- Prepare visually engaging and informative slides to support instructor-led sessions.
- Translate all educational materials into Dari, Pashto and English, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
- Organize and manage studio time for instructors, ensuring timely and conflict-free recordings. Maintain strong communication and coordination with content creators, instructors, and media teams. Review content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with curriculum standards and brand guidelines.
- Assist in uploading and organizing content on digital platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility.
- Collect and incorporate feedback from instructors, users, and team members to continuously improve content.
- Manage timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery of all content-related tasks.
- Stay updated with educational trends and recommend innovative approaches to content development.
- Perform any other task which may be assigned by supervisors.
- Excellent writing and editing skills (grammar, style, tone) Dari/Pashto and English
- SEO knowledge (on-page, keywords, metadata)
- Digital literacy: familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and editing
