- برنامه ریزی، مدیریت و نظارت بر کل فرآیند ساخت وساز پروژه
- هماهنگی با پیمانکاران، تیمهای اجرایی و تأمین کنندگان
- کنترل کیفیت و اطمینان از اجرای کار طبق نقشه ها و استانداردهای فنی
- نظارت بر رعایت الزامات ایمنی (HSE) و مدیریت ریسک های سایت
- مدیریت هزینه ها و همکاری در کنترل بودجه ساخت
- تهیه گزارشهای اجرایی و پیگیری پیشرفت پروژه
- حل مسائل فنی و اجرایی و جلوگیری از تأخیرات
- مدیریت مراحل نهایی، تستها و تحویل پروژه به کارفرما
- مشورت دهی به تیم دیزاین در پروسه طراحی پروژه
- نظارت در مراحل کندن کاری، ریخت و ساخت پایه ها و ساختمان ها مورد نیاز در پروژه
- هدایت تیم QC ,Laboratory
- هماهنگی کامل با منیجر پروژه در دفتر مرکزی و یا سایت
- مدرک لیسانس یا بالاتر در رشته های انجنیری سیول یا رشتههای مرتبط
- حداقل 2 الی 3 سال تجربه مرتبط در مدیریت ساخت پروژههای ساختمانی، سب استیشن برق
- تسلط به بررسی نقشههای اجرایی، مشخصات فنی و استانداردهای ساخت
- آشنایی کامل با اصول HSE و کنترل کیفیت (QC)
- توانایی مدیریت پیمانکاران، تیمهای اجرایی و کنترل پیشرفت روزانه
- توانایی مدیریت همزمان چندین فعالیت در سایت و حل مسائل اجرایی
- مهارت عالی در ارتباطات، مدیریت جلسات و گزارشدهی حرفهای
- مسئولیت پذیر، منظم و توانمند در کار تحت فشار
- داشتن تجربه کاری در پروژه های سب استیشن و ترانسمیشن لاین
