- Develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and systems across all SGC departments and subsidiaries.
- Conduct periodic audits and reviews to ensure adherence to organizational standards and government regulations.
- Support project teams under the PMO in ensuring compliance with donor, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend preventive or corrective measures.
- Provide compliance-related training and awareness sessions to staff and project teams.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of compliance findings and recommendations.
- Coordinate with legal and finance departments for policy alignment and regulatory updates.
- Prepare regular compliance reports and submit them to the PMO Manager and senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all compliance-related matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, legal affairs, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of Afghan laws, procurement regulations, and international compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills in English, Pashto, and Dari.
- Proven ability to identify compliance risks and develop effective control measures.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and professional ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
