• Provide support in Accounts/Transactions Monitoring and raising enquiry & its follow up and maintaining MIS for the same
• Help in reviewing of branches RE/KYC reports on monthly basis.
• Visiting branches as per Compliance branch visit plan and as and when required.
• Help in Identifying Compliance lapses in branches & reporting same to relevant branches for necessary action & closure.
• Help with conducting Compliance branch grading as per relevant procedure reporting same to Chief/ Dy. Chief Compliance Officer.
• Assist in follow up on Compliance observations & ensuring timely closure of outstanding observations
• Assist in reviewing of Corporate visits for High-risk customers - MIS & Reporting
• Responsibilities and duties of the position holder can be modified according to the needs and requirements of the organization and work.
• Staying abreast of changes in regulation, legislations and best practices of compliance to inform the Bank’s Management and providing information on compliance changes that may affect the business, being fully updated on compliance policies, procedures and circulars.
• Any other task assigned by the CCO/Dy. CCO
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Economics, BCS, or LLB(Fresh graduate, Male 2024, Female 2020 onward).
Experience:Fresh graduate students experience not required
Language Skills: Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required
