Job Description:
1. Help with reviewing & analyzing the customer complaints.
2. Answering phone calls and email of customers.
3. Provide support in recording all complaints in complaint MIS.
4. Following with branches regarding customer complaint from complaint box way.
5. Reviewing analyzing customer complaint from complaint box way.
6. Help with preparing monthly complaint report for further submission to BOM.
7. Assist with preparing quarterly complaints report to Da Afghanistan bank (DAB).
8. Help with following up with related departments regarding customers claims.
Performed any other task assigned by Dy/Chief Compliance officer.
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field(female graduates from 2021 onward)
Experience:
· No Experience Required.
