Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor compliance with customs, trade, export, and import regulations.
- Track and communicate changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory filings.
Policy & Framework Implementation
- Implement Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC), AML/CFT, and whistleblowing policies.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct compliance audits and spot checks at branches and Business units.
- Report compliance breaches and follow up on remediation plans.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and RCC.
- Training & Awareness
- Conduct staff training on compliance, ethics, anti-fraud, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote compliance culture and awareness across the organization.
Investigations & Incident Handling
- Investigate suspected compliance violations or staff misconduct.
- Recommend corrective actions and track implementation.
- Ensure all incidents are reported within 24 hours.

- Any additional tasks assigned by the Risk & Compliance Manager
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of compliance or regulatory experience (preferably in logistics, banking, or trade).
- Knowledge of KYC-AML/CFT, ABC, and regulatory frameworks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ethical judgment and integrity.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance practices.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and investigation abilities.
- Ability to influence and train staff effectively.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- % of timely regulatory filings submitted.
- Reduction in compliance breaches across all units and branches.
- Completion rate of compliance training for staff.
- Timeliness and quality of compliance reports to RCC.
- Effective handling and closure of compliance incidents.
