Planning and Reporting Section
- Conduct baseline surveys to identify the location and condition of classes
- Prepare a monthly plan of social and educational activities in coordination with the project manager.
- Actively participate in project planning meetings and provide input based on community and school needs.
- Prepare accurate lists of students in accordance with the project’s procedures and guidelines
- Collect and analyze field information for preparing accurate and timely reports
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and submit them to the project management
- Properly document all social and educational activities, meetings, and trainings
Capacity Building Section
- Identify training and capacity-building needs among teachers, community members
- Assist in designing and conducting training programs (workshops, seminars, and awareness sessions
- Support teachers in preparing lesson plans and teaching aid materials
- Educate and guide community members on the importance of education and their role in supporting schools.
- Collaborate with teachers to solve classroom and student-related challenges.
- Strengthen coordination between schools, class councils, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance participation in education.
- Facilitate experience-sharing and community engagement activities to improve education quality
Monitoring Section
- Conduct regular and continuous monitoring of classes to ensure proper implementation of activities
- Check and verify the attendance of teachers and students regularly.
- Ensure the presence and proper use of class administrative documents and educational equipment.
- Work closely with technical and monitoring teams to ensure transparency and effectiveness.
- Identify problems, challenges, and urgent needs in the field and report them to the project management.
- Maintain coordination and regular communication with class councils and local education bodies
- Participate in periodic evaluations and collect feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders.
- Ensure the implementation of organizational policies and educational standards during all activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Program Director.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or other relevant fields
- At least two to three years of experience in community mobilization with NGOS.
- Fluency in national languages (Dari and Pashto) and good command of English.
- Strong social and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
