Static Graphic Design:
- Design high-quality posters, banners, and posts for social media, events, trainings, and other programmatic activities using professional software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and other creative cloud applications.
- Perform professional infograp•hic editing and prepare designs for use in reports and digital campaigns.
Motion Graphics:
- Create short, engaging animations for videos or social media posts using Adobe After Effects.
- Produce impactful motion graphics, including animated text, lower thirds, and simple infographic videos.
Collaboration and Project Execution:
- Work closely with the communications team to transform ideas into creative and effective visual designs.
- Manage design project files and maintain an organized archive for future use.
Adherence to Standards and Professional Growth:
- Strictly follow the organization's design and branding guidelines to maintain visual consistency.
- Strive to learn new techniques and keep skills up-to-date in the fields of design and animation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: A high school diploma is required. Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a university or professional institute in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: White no formal work experience is required, a strong portfolio demonstrating good, practical skills in design and motion graphics is absolutely mandatory.
Technical Skills (Specialized):
- Good command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for graphic design.
- Good command of Adobe After Effects for creating animations and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with video editing principles (using software like Adobe Premiere Pro) is a major advantage.
Personal Attributes:
- A strong creative vision and the ability to turn abstract ideas into tangible visual concepts.
- The ability to work semi-independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and adherence to deadlines.
- A passion for continuous learning and professional growth in a professional environment.

Project Background
The International Finance Corporation (IFC – World Bank) and Harakat-AICFO have collaborated for a new initiative titled “For the Private Sector by the Private Sector – Advocacy Forum” to empower and support the Afghan private sector. The project aims to strengthen the existing coordination mechanisms and help prioritize major issues faced by the Afghan private sector. The forum will also support the private sector to identify challenges and promote reforms and solutions through engagement with various government departments as well as the other national and international private sector organizations including International Development Agencies (IDAs).
