- Assist in coordinating services and communication with corporate clients and insurance partners.
- Support the onboarding process for new corporate accounts and follow up on documentation.
- Help prepare and update client records, contracts, and service agreements.
- Assist in tracking and resolving queries or concerns raised by corporate clients or their employees.
- Coordinate with internal departments (billing, reception, diagnostics) to ensure smooth service for corporate patients.
- Support in organizing corporate health screenings, checkups, or special programs.
- Prepare reports on client engagement, service usage, and feedback.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for corporate clients and tracking their follow-ups.
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by the Corporate Relations Off
Education:
Bachelor in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Customer-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashtu

The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Blossom Healthcare Centre) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
