Major Activities:
1) Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in designated areas.
2) Clean and sanitize offices, kitchen areas, and common spaces.
3) Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
4) Replenish supplies like soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
5) Dust furniture, surfaces and fixtures.
6) Follow cleaning schedules and safety protocols.
7) Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed.
8) Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
9) Dump dust where appropriate.
10) Keep a check on cleaning materials and re-order via the supervisor.
11) Undertake any other duties as maybe required from time to time.
12) Tea served to the customers.
Room Readiness: Preparing guest rooms for new arrivals, including bed making, replenishing toiletries, and ensuring all amenities are functioning.
Common Areas: Cleaning and maintaining common areas like: lounges, meeting rooms and dining spaces.
Sanitization: Disinfecting surfaces, especially high-touch areas like: door nobs, light switches and remote controls.
Laundry Services: Washing, drying and ironing linens and clothing as needed.
Maintenance Reporting: Notifying supervisor for any damages or repairs needed in guest house areas.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
1) Primary or Secondary school (12th grade preferred)
2) At least one year experience to related position
Skills:
1) Integrity.
2) Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended period.
3) Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
4) Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
5) Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
6) Physical stamina to stand, bend and lift thought out the shift.
7) Reliability and time management skills.
8) Strong communication skills.
