- Assist in preparing technical drawings, design calculations, and project documentation.
- Visit construction sites with team to observe and report on work progress and compliance with engineering standards.
- Help in performing basic surveying tasks and interpreting survey data.
- Participate in quantity take-offs, material estimation, and cost calculations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, surveyors, and contractors.
- Assist in documenting site observations and prepare reports for senior engineers.
- Follow safety procedures and quality control standards on-site.
- Learn to use civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or STAAD Pro (if applicable).
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, graduated in 2024
Experience:
- Fresh graduate with no experience
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and structural design.
- Familiarity with drafting tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and in office environments.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to engineering projects.

The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Jounaid Constriction Company) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
