- Visual Storytelling: Develop visual concepts that align with the narrative and themes of the project.
- Camera Operation: Operate cameras and select appropriate lenses and equipment to achieve desired shots.
- Lighting Design: Design and implement lighting setups that enhance the mood and atmosphere of scenes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the director, production team members, and other crew members to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Shot Composition: Plan and execute shot compositions that enhance storytelling through framing and movement.
- Equipment Management: Select, maintain, and manage camera and lighting equipment.
- Post-Production: Work with the editing team to ensure the visuals align with the intended style, including color grading and effects.
- Operate drones to capture dynamic aerial footage safely and legally.
- Plan aerial shots in coordination with the director and production teams.
- Maintain drone equipment, update firmware, and ensure batteries and accessories are ready for field use.
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in camera operation and lighting techniques.
- Strong understanding of film theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven experience as a cinematographer and drone operator.
- Creative vision and an eye for detail.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Familiarity with post-production software (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere).
- Ability to work under pressure in diverse environments (urban, rural, aerial, etc.).
