- This is a full-time on-site role for a Ciena Support Engineer located in Kabul.
- The Ciena Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Ciena equipment.
- Daily tasks will include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with technical inquiries, and ensuring system performance and reliability.
- The engineer will also maintain and update operating systems, provide customer service, and support system operations.
- At least 5 years of Work Experience with Ciena 6500.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for Ciena 6500.
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service.
- Knowledge and experience with Ciena equipment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
