- Lead, oversee, and coordinate daily operations across all SGC sectors and subsidiaries.
- Supervise and support the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, execution, and monitoring of all ongoing projects.
- Develop operational strategies, policies, and systems to improve organizational efficiency and ensure quality performance.
- Monitor business performance and prepare regular operational and financial progress reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, national regulations, and donor/client requirements.
- Facilitate coordination among departments to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee human resource and capacity-building initiatives to strengthen internal systems and team performance.
- Represent the organization in high-level meetings with government, donor, and private sector partners.
- Identify business growth opportunities and contribute to strategic planning and partnership development.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to department heads and ensure accountability across all units.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s acceptable with extensive experience).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, project leadership, or executive roles in large organizations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate management, project development, and business operations in Afghanistan’s context.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities in English, Pashto, and Dari.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management and ERP systems.
