duties

  1. Lead the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and risk management.
  2. Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
  3. Oversee all financial aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal controls.
  4. Manage corporate financial reporting and provide strategic insights to the executive team on financial performance, trends, and risks.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
  6. Optimize financial operations to improve efficiency, profitability, and cash flow management.
  7. Drive financial analysis and decision-making to support business initiatives, new product launches, and cost-effective operations.
  8. Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring the development of a high-performing financial function.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to guide business strategy and operational execution.

qualification

  1. Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive, ideally within the telecom, ICT, or technology sectors.
  2. Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and financial reporting.
  3. Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  4. Ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  7. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and financial systems.
  8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  10. Preferred Qualifications:
  11. Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  12. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
  13. Experience in international finance and managing financial operations in multiple regions or countries.
  14. Prior experience in the telecom industry is strongly preferred.
