Programme Management
- Design, implement, and monitor charity programs and humanitarian relief projects.
- Conduct needs assessments in disaster-affected or vulnerable areas.
- Develop detailed project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Ensure programs align with PCF’s strategy and donor requirements.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage and motivate a team of staff and volunteers.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training as required.
- Coordinate with local authorities, NGOs, and community leaders for smooth program delivery.
Field Visits & Assessments
- Travel regularly to affected areas to evaluate needs and oversee program delivery.
- Gather data and prepare assessment reports for management and donors.
- Ensure resources are distributed fairly and transparently to beneficiaries.
Financial Oversight & Reporting
- Work with the finance team to ensure proper use of allocated funds.
- Prepare financial and narrative reports for management and donors.
- Maintain accountability and transparency in all distributions.
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track program impact against set objectives.
- Collect feedback from communities and beneficiaries.
- Recommend improvements for future projects.
Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all activities comply with local laws, donor requirements, and ethical standards.
- Maintain safety protocols for staff and volunteers during field missions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Humanitarian Aid, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–7 years’ experience in charity programs management or humanitarian relief.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience conducting needs assessments and developing project plans.
- Strong financial management and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently, often to challenging environments.
- Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English, as well as additional languages, is an asset.
