Customer Service:
- Greet clients warmly, providing them with a high level of service and professionalism.
- Assist clients in performing various banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
Transaction Handling:
- Process transactions accurately, ensuring all are Shariah-compliant and free from interest.
- Manage cash drawers, ensuring they are balanced at the start and end of each day.
- Verify client identities and transaction details to prevent fraud and maintain security.
Compliance and Security:
- Adhere to SKM’s operational guidelines and Shariah compliance standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Account Management:
- Open new accounts, explaining the benefits and features of Shariah-compliant financial services.
- Update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
Customer Education:
- Educate clients about Islamic finance principles and products to enhance their understanding and trust in SKM's services.
Problem Resolution:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or issues with patience and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
Operational Support:
- Prepare daily transaction reports and handle end-of-day procedures.
- Participate in team efforts to enhance branch efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or business administration is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role, preferably in banking or a financial institution.
- Experience in handling cash and direct customer interactions.
Skills:
- Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of Shariah-compliant financial principles.
- Proficiency in local languages; English is advantageous.
