- Ensure from counting & checking of cash notes when provide receipts to customers.
- Petty Cash, advances & other payment process.
- Reconciliation of petty cash, advance & payments.
- Clearly write the receipt mention (date, customer name, and amount).
- Record of issuing a chequebook for cash withdrawal.
- Cash count daily wise and report finance manager.
- Transferring of cash from one bank to another bank.
- Coordination with A/P officer & depositing to Mobile Network Operators (MNO’s) according to deposit plan & direction.
- Transferring cash from office to bank for purchase of e-top up or scratch cards.
- Daily wise coordination with finance department for deposit plan MNOs & other due payments.
- Maintain good relationships/communication with walk in customers, banks, and other financial service providers.
- Oversee daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation and bank balance reporting.
- Responsible for the preparation of foreign exchange processing via coordination of treasury team.
- Ensure that all bank correspondence and communication are maintained and take necessary action as when required.
- Calculate exchange rate gain/loss on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and provide all necessary documents and information required by local authority and banks for opening of bank accounts, changes in signatories, as and when required.
- Other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (if applicable).
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
