Call Center Representative

duties

  • Respond to the customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support
  • Resolve customers complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide the feedback to the management
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives


qualification

 Education:

  • High School Graduated Bachelor is preferred.

Experience:

  • Holding minimum one-year experience in relevant field.

Languages:

  • Pashto, Dari and English.

Abilities

  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and also as an effective team member
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Having good communication and negotiation skills
  • Having good decision making skills.
