- Respond to the customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support
- Resolve customers complaints and escalate issues to appropriate departments
- Monitor customer feedback and provide the feedback to the management
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Education:
- High School Graduated Bachelor is preferred.
Experience:
- Holding minimum one-year experience in relevant field.
Languages:
- Pashto, Dari and English.
Abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and also as an effective team member
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Having good communication and negotiation skills
- Having good decision making skills.
