- Manage inbound and outbound calls under supervision.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding bank services and products.
- Record customer queries and responses accurately in the system.
- Assist in collecting feedback during marketing campaigns and surveys.
- Help in routing customer requests to the correct department.
- Follow up on customer queries if instructed.
- Support the team in resolving simple complaints using available information.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by being polite, helpful, and professional.
- Visit branches if required to complete or follow up on a customer request.
Education:
- BBA / Marketing / Communication / Business Administration or any related field(Male graduates of 2024; female graduates from 2021 onward)
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Azizi Bank ) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
