- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments for all our products and services.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and drive sales growth for all products of the company.
- Develop plans for each product growth, target achievement, customer engagement, and retention, and more in the region.
- Negotiate business deals, contracts, and agreements with the market and customers.
- Promote products/services through presentations, meetings, visits in the region.
- Prepare business development reports and sales forecasts, and sharing the same with management.
- Track progress, KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and commercial teams.
- Support training and guidance for sales staff in specific regions.
- Perform all duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
Skills:
- Knowledge of Telecommunications products & Services.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to develop and maintain professional networks.
- Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
