- Oversee the responsibility of the marketing program & related personnel.
- Oversee the responsibility of the mass market and merchant acquisition manager & related Personnel.
- Oversee responsibilities of the corporate relations officer along with regional business development officers.
- Oversee corporate strategy and business development initiatives.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Manage relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Provide support for the programs/activities /managers.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop business plans and growth strategies in collaboration with the Board of Management (BOM), compliance, risk and audit aligned with corporate goals.
- Perform SWOT analysis and risk assessments.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Engage in networking activities and attend industry events.
- Identify potential partners and collaborators.
- Negotiate and formalize partnerships and joint ventures.
- Manage ongoing relationships and evaluate partnership performance.
- Prepare proposals tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Conduct negotiations to secure new business.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Continuously evaluate and refine strategies and processes based on performance data.
- Periodically revise the compliance plan in light of changes.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field (a master’s degree is preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience at a corporate, institutional, or operational level in a related environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Digital Payment Systems.
- Must have a high level of integrity, be a team player, and adhere to timekeeping.
- Experience in Institutional, Telecoms, and Digital Payments will be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate complicated operational issues with effective presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work with negligible supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
- Able to work under pressure and promptly meet deadlines.
