DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Operation Assistant will work under the overall guidance of the department Head.
He/she will fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:
Business Support & Coordination:
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Maintain a systematic record of all business opportunities, meetings, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with other departments (Technical, Finance, HR, and Operations) to collect inputs for proposals and project plans.
- Support in the organization of business meetings, workshops, and client visits.
Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business prospects, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
- Collect and analyze information on trends in ICT, fintech, and digital banking sectors.
- Support in drafting business analysis reports and summaries for management.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Assist in maintaining a structured repository of proposals, contracts, and partnership documents.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and follow-up action lists.
- Support the Business Development Manager in tracking the status of all ongoing business initiatives.
Marketing & Visibility:
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, banners, stickers, etc.).
- Support local brand presence through field visits and relationship building.
Communication & Client Relations:
- Support external communication with clients, partners, and donors under supervision.
- Help in preparing formal letters, emails, and follow-up correspondences in English and Dari/Pashto.
- Ensure that client inquiries are forwarded promptly to the relevant department and followed up until closure.

Recruitment Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Business, Finance, Computer or equivalent subject
- Three year of experience in above mentioned field.
