MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complies with the internal policies, regulations of the Business academy and overall corporation.
- To prepare and regularly update the curriculum of the business academy.
- To update the training manuals, policies & procedures on the regular basis in the share drive.
- To conduct need assessments for the identification of the training needs within the organization.
- To work closely with the head of the departments, Supervisors for getting feedback about the effectiveness of the trainings and its impact on trainees.
- To have a follow up with the regional office’s trainers and training process.
- Ensures the safety of documents containing confidential information and entrusted materials of the company including the presentations as well.
- Prepares the necessary materials, slides along with the lecture notes and the training booklets for training programs including both short term & long-term courses.
- Participates in the preparation and planning of strategies, goals and needs of the business academy in accordance with the overall strategy of the organization in relation to Trainings.
- Collects various books and learning materials for the library of the business academy and held meetings to stimulate self-learning of employees.
- Plans programs, courses, sessions (at the request of the head) and, if necessary, identified based on his own observation, and is also responsible for the quality of the trainings provided.
- Creates and updates materials and books for training.
- Organizes training; (prepares places and equipment necessary for conducting the training sessions) in all regions.
- Constantly improves and enhances the effectiveness of the learning process using best practices.
- Preparing the training notes to be shared with the trainees as a reference material for each training.
- Prepares, updates, and applies tests to determine the level of knowledge of the training among trainees.
- Provides written reports on the performance of the trainees during the training session.
- Conducting the performance evaluations on regular basis for the trainees by visiting shops or online surveys.
- Generating & delivering the periodic reports to direct manager.
- Provides direct supervisor with information about any emergency.
- Performs other direct management instructions within its competence.
- Performing additional assignments/tasks related to the activities of the department assigned by the direct supervisor.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
- Master’s degree in business administration.
EXPERIENCES:
- At least 5 years of practical experience in university level teaching or Trainings

- To have knowledge of sales, marketing & management.
- Good presentation skills.
- Effective problem solving/conflict resolving skills.
- To be updated about new methods & approaches of trainings.

- To be knowledgeable in the areas of sales operation in telecom.
- Be able to visit different regions.
