1. Data Collection and Analysis:
• Conduct field research to gather data on current building occupancy, number of shops and apartments, and existing competitors within each target area.
• Collect information on potential customers, including demographics and existing internet service providers (ISPs).
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions regarding FTTH expansion and service modifications.
2 . Outreach and Relationship Building:
• Build relationships with building owners, property managers, and local government officials to promote FTTH services.
• Persuade stakeholders to grant permission for FTTH deployment in their buildings and neighborhoods at no cost, emphasizing the benefits of improved connectivity.
3 . Market Research:
• Investigate competitor offerings, pricing structures, and market positioning to inform service development and marketing strategies.
• Identify gaps in service where ISTA Telecom can provide superior value or service.
4. Community Engagement:
• Organize informational sessions and presentations to educate building owners and residents about the benefits of FTTH services.
• Actively address any concerns or questions from stakeholders to facilitate the decision-making process.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with technical teams to understand deployment requirements and relay this information to building owners and city officials.
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create tailor-made outreach materials and promotional campaigns based on market insights.
6 . Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain thorough records of outreach activities, stakeholder interactions, and collected data for future reference and strategic planning.
• Prepare and present regular reports to management on outreach progress, data findings, and market insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, telecommunications, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data collection techniques and analysis.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Number of new buildings engaged for potential FTTH deployment.
• Quantity and quality of data collected on competitors, customer demographics, and business occupancy.
• Successful permission granted for FTTH deployment from building owners or city officials.
• Feedback from stakeholders on outreach efforts and engagement effectiveness.
• Number of partnerships established with local businesses and community organizations.
Working Conditions:
• The role will require travel to various building sites and communities for outreach activities.
• Flexibility in working hours will be required to accommodate meetings or outreach events, including evenings and weekends.
