Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
A. Brand Identity & Visual Consistency
- Implement MOAM’s brand guidelines across all materials and digital assets.
- Maintain consistency in logos, templates, signage, and visuals across departments and partners.
- Review internal documents for alignment with corporate identity.
B. Creative Content Development
- Develop or coordinate production of branded content, including brochures, presentations, banners, and videos.
- Assist with scriptwriting, layout planning, and post-production feedback.
- Maintain an organized archive of brand collateral and visual assets.
C. Campaign & Event Support
- Support the rollout of awareness campaigns, product/service launches, and community events.
- Ensure brand visibility during expos, roadshows, and internal events
- Prepare branded merchandise and materials for distribution.
D. Social Media & Digital Presence
- Support design and messaging for MOAM’s social media posts and web visuals.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing focal point to amplify branded campaigns.
- Track engagement metrics for visuals and campaign designs.
E. Coordination & Brand Compliance
- Liaise with vendors, printers, and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
- Review third-party use of MOAM branding and advise on compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and Corporate Services to promote internal branding and staff engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in brand management or creative production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong sense of design, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with corporate branding, printing processes, and digital publishing.

Working Relationships

- Protect intellectual property and proprietary designs.
- Maintain professional integrity in content representation and usage.
