- Represent Behtar Group in an ethical and professional manner across assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other market channels.
- Promote mobile money products and services to increase adoption and awareness.
- Recruit and onboard new agents and customers in alignment with company standards.
- Conduct regular field visits based on the predefined route plan.
- Provide customer service support, handle inquiries, and resolve agent or customer issues efficiently.
- Collect feedback and market insights to support product improvement and decision-making.
- Support agents in achieving milestones, including transaction expansion, and performance growth,
- Encourage market participants—including semi-enterprises and traders—to actively use mobile money in daily transactions.
- Meet or exceed monthly performance and growth targets.
- Coordinate daily field activities and reporting with the respective Team Leader and related departments.
- Actively contribute to the development of a sustainable E-money ecosystem in the assigned area.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales or marketing is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English is required.
