Supervise and coordinate AurumPay operations across assigned branches.
Monitor cash and e-float balances to ensure liquidity for transactions.
Ensure branches adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Track and analyze branch performance indicators (transactions, revenue, customer growth).
Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.
Identify underperforming branches and provide corrective support and guidance.
Understand the working functionalities of the branch and the services offered
Communicate updates, new product launches, and policy changes effectively.
Address operational challenges raised by branch teams promptly.
Act as the primary contact for customer service inquiries
Provide administrative support to branch staff
Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions for branch staff on mobile money systems and customer service standards.
Ensure all branch employees are familiar with AML/CFT and KYC requirements.
Ensure all branches comply with internal controls and audit standards
Support regular branch audits and implement recommended actions.
Report suspicious transactions or operational risks in line with compliance policies.
Promote awareness and usage of mobile money products among customers.
Handle escalated customer complaints efficiently.
Ensure high-quality service delivery at branch level.
Any other tasks/ assignment to be provided by the line manager
Minimum of a Degree in Business Administration, Operations and Commerce or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mobile money, banking, or branch operations management.
Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Digital Payments Systems and outlook.
