2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve sales targets across courier and cargo services.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard corporate clients.
- Increase provincial market share for domestic and international services.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Execute sales and marketing initiatives in the province.
B. Staff Leadership
- Supervise, train, and evaluate branch sales and operations teams.
- Promote professional conduct and performance-based culture.
- Ensure staff follow SOPs, safety standards, and service protocols.
C. Operations Management
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of courier and cargo services.
- Oversee warehouse operations: sorting, scanning, packaging, and inventory.
- Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate intercity and intracity movement of shipments.
D. Financial & Administrative Control
- Support branch profitability through cost control and efficient resource use.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, daily deposits, and documentation.
- Maintain proper asset usage, stock control, and branch records.
E. Customer Experience
- Resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Ensure high service quality and reduction in service failures.

5. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or operations.
- Logistics experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn quickly.
