Operations & Compliance
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Oversee cash management, security, and audit processes.
Financial Management
- Prepare and manage branch budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures while maximizing efficiency.
Customer Service
- Guarantee high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote customer loyalty through personalized service.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (priority will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree).
Languages: Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of computer science concepts and tools.
Managerial Skills: Effective planning, decision-making, and resource management abilities.
Personal Attributes: Leadership qualities, teamwork spirit, and strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
