- Lead and manage all branch operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Supervise and mentor branch staff to achieve performance and service targets
- Oversee agent recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor daily cash flow, transaction volumes, and reconciliation processes
- Prepare and submit operational and financial reports to head office
- Resolve escalated customer and agent issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with regional and central teams for logistics, IT, and HR support
- Implement marketing and outreach strategies to grow user base
- Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend staff development plans
- Ensure branch infrastructure, equipment, and systems are functional and secure
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and community leaders
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
- Support digital literacy and mobile money adoption in the region

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branch or operations management
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with mobile money and e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in Dari and English
