- Manage and supervise all branch operations, including staff performance and reporting.
- Oversee customer onboarding, wallet registration, and reconciliation of transactions.
- Supervise and support district-level collection activities, including:
- Electricity bill payments
- Municipal and governmental collections
- Other assigned financial services
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and secure cash handling.
- Coordinate with the central operations and finance teams on collection settlements and transfers.
- Monitor mobile agents and ensure proper use of AurumPay systems and QR code transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and operational standards.
- Build relationships with local authorities, agents, and clients to strengthen AurumPay’s network.
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in administration, banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Computer literacy and understanding of mobile/digital finance.
- Honest, proactive, and capable of managing a small team.
