- Supervise and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve Agent Network Merchant, sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Monitor and control branch expenses to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to improve retention and satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Review financial reports and provide management with regular updates on branch performance.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management
- Proven experience in branch management, sales, or operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent financial management and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in ERM (Enterprise Risk Management), MS Office and relevant business software
