- Process customer bill payments, mobile top-ups, and bundle activations, ensuring accurate daily reconciliation.
- Handle international money transfer services such as Western Union, MoneyGram, and Ria in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash inflows and outflows.
- Manage and record salary payments in a timely and secure manner.
- Collect cash from the sales team and perform daily reconciliation to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions including cash, credit, debit, and other payment methods.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and follow cash handling procedures.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and store policies.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Keep checkout area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies (bags, receipt paper, etc.).
- Report discrepancies, errors, or suspicious activities to management.
- Support other team members when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Standing for long periods.
- May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
