- Verify the eligibility of beneficiaries by checking their information and comparing it with the established selection criteria;
- Cross-check documents submitted by beneficiaries to ensure they meet the project’s requirements;
- Ensure that beneficiaries personal and family information is accurately recorded;
- Assist beneficiaries in understanding the verification process and provide guidance as needed;
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in beneficiary data to the supervisor or relevant team members;
- Collaborate with surveyors and other field staff to ensure that beneficiaries are correctly selected and verified according to the established criteria;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of verified beneficiaries;
- Provide support in preparing beneficiary lists and assisting in the distribution of tokens or aid;
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to beneficiary verification in a timely manner;
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor, including helping with data collection or other administrative tasks;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in beneficiary verification, data entry, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes to beneficiaries.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive beneficiary data with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Respect for local customs, cultures, and traditions.
- Ability to resolve discrepancies and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Proficient in using digital tools for data collection, entry, and record-keeping.
