- Checking WhatsApp & Emails Coordination with Internal teams & Departments.
- Adding payment of shipping + Auctions into the system.
- Adding payment of Copart into the system.
- Adding payment of IAAI into the system.
- Adding payment of Clearance into the system.
- Payment Confirmation -through email + System.
- Daily Tracking & Updates the sheet for bookings
- Track and update the booking sheet daily
- Checking of all Bookings that paid charges, checking the Containers record
- Booking Reporting of arrivals and on the way
- Prepare and submit daily reports of all debit and credit transactions (UAE & Oman)
- Prepare daily booking payment reports for VIP customers.
- Prepare and update the booking payment report daily.
- Payment Entry & Records of Oman accounts.
- Record of all Oman Banks accounts that are debited and credited in the accounts of all three accounts.
- Confirm Delivery Orders (DOs) and maintain proper records for reference and auditing
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the team leader
- Other tasks are assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, or BS.
