duties

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop strategic account plans to achieve client goals and company revenue targets.
  • Lead a team of account managers, providing coaching and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, delivery) to meet client needs.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and senior management.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.

qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications,management or related field.
  • Minimum 4-10 years of experience in account management or client services.
  • Proven track record of managing large or complex accounts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Work Experience in an international company.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Able to speak and write Chinese and English both is a must.
