- Provide first-level technical support for ATMs, POS terminals, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and E-Commerce Gateway services.
- Monitor ATM and card switch systems (AfPay, MasterCard, Visa) to ensure continuous service availability and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the switch vendor and third-party service providers for system upgrades, configurations, and incident management.
- Support onboarding and technical setup of POS merchants and E-Commerce merchants, including configuration and testing.
- Assist in testing and implementation of new digital banking features, services, and systems.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of technical activities, incidents, and changes.
- Ensure timely follow-up and escalation of unresolved issues to appropriate teams or vendors.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer-facing technical issues and contribute to service improvement.
- Adhere to internal IT, cybersecurity, and compliance standards for all supported platforms.
- Participate in business continuity and contingency support processes for digital systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in ATM and/or POS maintenance and support, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
- Strong knowledge of ATM and POS hardware components, software configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ATM switch systems and integration protocols.
- Understanding of network connectivity and remote management tools.
- Ability to manage vendor coordination and service level monitoring.
- Willingness to travel to branches or ATM sites as needed.
- Strong problem-solving and field support capabilities.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
