duties

Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Plan, execute and capture insights from the field
  • Use data and other information for analysis and decision making purposes
  • Plan and develop strategies
  • Design and implement new systems, and improve existing ones to improve project outcomes
  • Identify and understand issues; break down problems and identify root causes
  • Give recommendations constructing multiple scenarios and advise where necessary
  • Develop excellent relationships and work with senior government officials and international partners
  • Assess international evidence and learn lessons about pragmatic solutions


qualification

 We're looking for:


  • 1-3 years of experience in management or strategy consulting
  • Previous experience in the public sector is an advantage
  • Proven track record of working in Afghanistan
  • Excellent English, Dari, and Pashto
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong drive and motivation
  • Interest in social issues and public sector development
  • Openness to travel (the team is Based in Kabul, with travelling to various provinces 50% of the time)
