Key Responsibilities (Revised & Strengthened):


• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and external positions, ensuring timely and high-quality candidate selection.

• Oversee HR operations including payroll, attendance, leave management, personnel files, and benefits administration.

• Support the implementation of performance management, staff development programs, and succession planning initiatives.

• Provide guidance to staff and management on HR policies, labor law compliance, and organizational best practices.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.

• Assist in handling employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out HR initiatives, organizational development activities, and engagement strategies.

• Participate in workforce planning, staffing analysis, and HR forecasting.

• Prepare HR reports, HRIS data, analytics, and documentation for senior management and audit requirements.

• Serve as backup for the HR Lead in decision-making and daily operational management as delegated.

• Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.

qualification

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; ACCA or MBA in Finance is a plus.

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and organizational practices.

• Proven ability to lead HR projects and manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office.
