- Handle cash transactions for deposits, withdrawals, and agent settlements
- Reconcile daily cash balances and prepare end-of-day reports
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with internal cash handling policies
- Support the Branch Manager in financial audits and reconciliations
- Monitor float levels and request replenishments as needed
- Assist in verifying agent and customer transaction receipts
- Maintain secure custody of cash, vouchers, and financial instruments
- Report any discrepancies or suspicious activity immediately
- Support mobile money wallet top-ups and cash-outs
- Assist in preparing financial documentation for reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into financial systems
- Provide courteous service to agents and walk-in customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier desk
- Participate in periodic training on anti-fraud and compliance protocols
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in cashier or finance operations
- Attention to detail and integrity in handling cash
- Familiarity with digital financial systems preferred
