Drive sales performance and achieve targets within the assigned territory
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Medical Representatives to ensure field excellence
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors
Execute marketing strategies and ensure effective use of promotional materials
Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market insights to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
Coordinate with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure product availability
Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present performance updates regularly
Conduct field visits, joint calls, and training sessions to support team development
Foster a high-performance, ethical, and customer-focused sales culture
Oversee sales operations within a defined geographic area.
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor territory-wise performance and implement corrective actions.
Lead a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) or Sales Executives.
Conduct joint fieldwork to coach and evaluate team members.
Organize regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
Support MRs in building rapport with key clients and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
Implement marketing and promotional strategies as per head office guidelines.
Ensure proper use of promotional materials and samples.
Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to senior management.
Submit daily call reports (DCRs), sales summaries, and expense statements.
Analyze sales data and prepare performance dashboards.
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to senior management.
Be accountable to senior management to ensure that the project commitments and pre - sales or post – sales deliverable are met
Target classification to the team and sales channel and ensure the achievement.
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
To ensure stock availability in office and market.
Initiating, Drafting and Achieving the Agent Contracts along with other supporting documents for further use and reconciliation if required.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.
A Master's degree will be preferred.
4-7 Years’ experience in sales and marketing in the field of Pharma.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
