Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and create Machine learning Models based on Business requirements using AI algorithms.
• Design, configure, and deploy AI Agents using OpenAI and Hugging Face APIs.
• Develop interactive, human-like customer avatars that can respond to telecom related inquiries and service requests.
• Create task-specific automation agents (e.g., data processing, document generation, file conversion).
• Integrate AI agents with telecom data systems, CRM platforms, and knowledge bases.
• Customize prompt logic, workflows, and response behaviors for each agent.
• Collaborate with the design team to build user-friendly, voice or chat-based interfaces.
• Test, optimize, and maintain agent performance to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and ethical use of AI technologies.
• Stay updated with AI advancements, OpenAI API updates, and emerging tools for agent automation.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• Strong experience with “Python”, “JavaScript”, or similar programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with “OpenAI API”, “ChatGPT”, or other LLM-based platforms.
• Familiarity with “AI agent frameworks”, and “API integration”.
• Experience developing “chatbots, virtual assistants, or AI-driven automation tools”.
• Understanding of “data structures”, “RESTful APIs”, and “cloud deployment” (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of “front-end integration” (e.g., React, Node.js, or similar) for embedding AI agents in web platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Design, IT, Product, Customer Support).
