duties

  • Manage and control that daily customer activations and reactivations is recorded by north region finance officer in the Excel and AFP software.
  • Manage and control receivables on a daily basis and ensure that receivables do not exceed one day.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash clearance with the finance Manager based on the FTTH – CMS or other relevant systems' generated data and WhatsApp group data.
  • Conduct daily cash counts and prepare daily cash reports.
  • Perform clearance with Administration team for all advances;
  • Prepare monthly budget and forecast.
  • Report daily weekly and monthly performance report to finance Manager
  • Control and prevent unnecessary expenses.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation with the Technical Department.
  • Manage and reconcile the inventory list with the Inventory Officer and Team Leader.
  • Manage and assign daily task to North region finance officers
  • Manage the day-to-day financial and administrative functions of project personnel. Ensure compliance with financial internal controls and that transactions are processed and assets managed in accordance with Financial Rules and Regulations.
  • Banking and Cash Management: Manage bank accounts and related records, including cash disbursements, cash receipts, cash counts, and bank statement reconciliations.
  • Track bank deposits and payments.
  • Report daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the Finance Manager.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including trial balances, cash flow reports, sales receipts, bank reconciliations, and balance sheets.
  • Payroll: Manage the monthly payroll process and maintain payroll records.
  • Facilitate external audits and ensure that financial records are properly maintained and readily available for review.
  • Maintain records of all financial activities, including expenditures, travel arrangements, purchases, deliveries, supplies, and inventory.
  • Keep records of all finance-related documents in QuickBooks and in hard copy.
  • Office Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping.
  • Manage leave records and staff attendance.
  • Handle employee queries related to administrative policies.
  • Draft official correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.


qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  • Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics is essential.
  • master's degree in finance is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, reports, and forecasts.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise and accurate in managing financial records and reports.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and financial modeling.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to convey financial information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Experience in managing a team and overseeing financial operations.


Education: 

  • A bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or economics is essential.
  • Preference is given to Master's degree.
