Key Responsibilities
1) Help with organizing and categorizing digital files of submitted papers for academic conferences and journals
2) Assist in tracking the status of papers from submission through peer review and publication
3) Coordinating with the research department officer and the Director of the Scientific Research Center to follow up on pending matters
4) Provide support in ensuring proper organization, naming, and archiving of digital files
5) Conducting preliminary checks of submitted files for completeness and preparing reports on their status and follow-up requirements under supervision.
6) Assisting in the organization of academic conferences and seminars
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field in 2024.
Experience:
- No experience required
Sills:
- Fluency in local language (Pashto or Dari)
- Familiarity with English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
