- Assist with filing and organizing office documents.
- Help maintain office supplies and inventory..
- Help in preparing office correspondence and reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Preparing contract drafts
- Filing purchase orders and RFQs
- Maintaining the dead stock register
- Verifying fixed assets with the inventory team
- Checking vehicle expenses
- Coordinating with the admin stock team
- Arranging procurement files
- Conducting regular surveys of the head office with the
- Any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Education:
- BBA / Business Administration / any related field (Male graduates of 2024).
Experience:
- Fresh graduate with no experience
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Eager to learn and take on new tasks.
