1. Assist in Preparing Insta Card & Personalization card to be provided to customers.
2. Assist in PIN printing and authorization and other process which covers card management life cycle process.
3. Provide support to amend/upgrade the customer’s request forms and involve branch managers for new changes/improvement on technical and process side to make ease for customers.
4. Help in recording all MIS from branch and from IBA operation team which related to account /card holder level details.
5. Help with the Addressing branch manager issue related to customer queries and complaints related to card management.
6. Assist in providing all the stock management related to ADC and get recorded all the acknowledgment related to customer or physical miscellaneous items.
7. Preparing MI reports all possible tools which will cover all card management life cycle process.
8. Provide support in handling the customer data related to card personalization, PIN and other alternate delivery channel tools without any compromise.
9. Assist in reporting to line manager or above line manager if any of data stealing or security issue found from any of your ADC or IBA resource related to Card management tool should be reported immediately .
10. Provide help in Debit /Credit card or any Alternate delivery channel cards complaints and customer dispute should be resolved.
11. Provide support in coordinating with ADC ATM team to resolve any card related issues from customer.
12. Help with coordinating with other IBA department for any customer related transaction issue or any card related dispute.
13. Help with amendment related to customer related accounts and other miscellaneous amendments (like phone, link, delink, card lost, pin lock, block sheet etc.).
14. Help with to do 4 eye checks in production related customer /ADC related applications to avoid customer risk.
15. Help with taking care user level activities in card management application (CARD Man Application).
16. Assist in making card/Account/Customer Base details on monthly basis and reporting to line manager.
17. Should attend the team meeting regularly and prepare MOM and do the follow up till the task is completed.
18. Help with making proper lesson learning document for all ADC operation related issue and used for near future issues.
19. Provide all reports and task which line manager assigns without any delay.
20. Responsible to attend all the trainings based on Line manager guidance.
21. Responsible for intimation the Planned leave and get proper approval from line manager.
22. Reporting the task given by line manager without any follow ups.
23. Responsible for applying the sick and unplanned leaves with proper approval which should not affect the day-to-day ADC-related task.
24. Sharing the knowledge with each of the ADC team members.
25. Reporting all issues and any unethical activities that affect the IBA or ADC brand or ADC related information by any of the team members should be reported immediately to the line manager.
26. Assist in preparing all documents related to ADC for future lesson learning and avoids frequency of technical issues.
27. Responsible for following the ADC policy and IBA HR related policy.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Economics, BCS, or LLB(Male graduates of 2024; female graduates from 2020 onward)
Experience: Fresh graduate students experience not required
Language Skills: Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required
