- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile monthly bank statements and ledger accounts
- Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting practices
- Handle payroll and salary disbursements in coordination with HR
- Track company expenses and credit card usage
- Prepare financial reports (e.g., balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
- Enforce internal financial controls and compliance
- Coordinate with CPAs/tax consultants for tax filings
- Assist in audits and respond to financial inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial and employee data
• At least 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficient in accounting tools like QuickBooks, Xero, or Wave
• Basic understanding of U.S. tax compliance
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
